How the hell are you supposed to fit that in a case? You can have the biggest hsf in the world and it still will not cool your cpu to more than ambient air +10 or so degrees.

that cooler doesnt need 2x120's, they overhang it too much. 2x80 or 90mm fans would work better.
and the fins look like copper to me, not alu as stated, so it will be heavy!!
