Inspired by Haircut's beasty sandwich thing, me and a flatmate decided to make something similar.

Here's the ingredients list:

Hot and Spicy Pork Sausages
Lean Beef Steak Mince
Unsmoked Streaky Bacon Rashers
Battered Onion Rings
1.5Kg Potatoes Made Into Chips
Medium Cheddar
Loaf of Tiger Bread
And a Little Bit of Salad :)

Tomato Ketchup
BBQ Sauce
Jalapeno and Chili Relish

All the stuff cooked!

Time to start the layering!

First we put half of the cheese on and grilled it until it melted, then put the sausages on with tomato ketchup.

Next up, the bacon rashers with BBQ sauce.

Layer of onion rings to finish the first layer!

Second layer goes on!

Burgers go on, with my mate putting on the jalapeno and chili relish

Then another layer of onion rings with the last bit of cheese.

It weighed in at about 3KG having roughly 10,000 calories to it's name.

Both me and my mate managed to finish a quarter each, as well as the chips :o

It was so so nice :D And we have ideas for the next one haha! :)

p.s. whats the point of that ickle bit of salad? lol

No idea lol. It did make it taste a bit nicer :)

Good effort but only a quarter each?! Smoke some more !

I think it would have actually had a heartattack if I did lol.

Question though, when its that thick obviously you end up eating it all separately with knife and forks...so was there a point of putting it into a sandwich apart from "because its cool"?

Didn't use any knife or fork! Although it wasn't possible to fit in my mouth all at once, eating it like a sandwich *kind of* worked :p

Needs egg :P

Was considering sticking a fried egg in it, but decided against it in the end. But we have the idea of making a breakfast version with bacon, sausage, egg, hash browns, baken beans, etc etc. :D

Just me who thinks this is ruined by too much sauce?

Nah it wasn't, it was a good amount. And the mix of sauces was really really nice. The BBQ sauce and relish tasted so good.

Ruined it with the salad and unmelted cheese.

The unmelted cheese was only the little bit at the top! Most of the cheese went on at the start of the bottom and second layer which we grilled :)

Just finished the last of it! Feels like a heart attack waiting to happen..

will do you a full size french stick for like £9 full of bacon eggs sausages all sorts. Epic thing.

Nice, not bad.

This was actually really good for the money. Only cost about £11 excluding the potatoes.
