now this is odd - help find reason

ok so i decided to quickly style the log-in page for a wordpress blog. it all works all nicely blah blah blah but some reason in Firefox the new layout hasn't been updated.

i have no idea why Firefox hasn't updated the styling as i have disabled the cache, refreshed the page a zillion times and have since restarted the pc as i went to work come back and it's still the same.

the new layout is fine in every browser minus firefox. viewing the source the html is being updated but the css isn't.

anyone able to explain why this would be and a solution?

Have you viewed the css file itself in the browser?

yes the html is changing the css isn't

Is it css in the code or the external style sheet? If it's the external, are you editing through the wp admin or editing the stylesheet on your machine?

ah silly me, it was google gears that was causing the problem as it had the old stylesheet loaded. thanks for the help though
