Now tv passes on ebay

Have been looking at ebay for now tv sports passes for when the football restarts and i noticed saw a one month oass going for about £10. Seems to good to be true, anyone Tried it? Alternatively i could add sky sports onto my virgin package but this seems a lot cheaper..

never had an eBay code for nowtv fail. Prices vary depending whats out there.

sometimes these passes are a once per account offer.

i know i have had a few then the next one fails so i need to set up a new account with a different email address and then it works fine on that one.

Never had that happen to me and have bought loads.

it's clearly displayed within the listings of some of the passes on ebay.

for example the snatch cinema offer. or the carling sports offer. the carling offer you can use 3 codes per account and the snatch offer is once per account.

How is that enforced? Sky know about these ebay offers and put a limit on them?

sky give out special free codes with packs of carling, etc.

so those codes will be a part of a special group. when you buy a pack of carling you get a days access to sky sports but only 3 can be used per account. there are people selling tons of these on ebay. they either really like carling and don't like sports or they own a crap pub which sells cans of carling therefore have tons of these vouchers.

these aren't special ebay codes. they are normal codes people are selling on ebay.

Ah i see but surely the carling ones arent a month pass? Good deal if it is though.

no, but carling aren't the only offers.
a month pass is probably from buying a nowtv box, they often have offers with free passes.

I don't think sport passes include eurosport do they ? as was looking for a tour de france solution.

I think it could be a fraud, usually this is the price for a day pass,

There are other somewhat misleading sport vouchers

these are £3.50 ... but you buy a voucher to get money off of a sports pass - am suspicious

I wouldnt trust anyone with a 6 rating even if someone had left a positive rating. There was actually a seller when the Carling offer was on with a similiar sounding name selling Sport passes for £15 and his ratings quickly filled up with negative ratings from people not getting them. Yeah PP protection but that takes around 2 weeks to get your money back.

The last Carling passes went a bit sour I think not sure whether Sky complained or Carling complained but all of a sudden Ebay removed a load of them. The genuine passes are okay for sale but the special offers like the Carling ones do say in the T&C not for resale. However I usually buy all my NowTV passes from Ebay. Got 6 months Entertainment for £15, months Sky for £22 etc. Never had one fail but I decided not to buy the ones you get free with products, eg Carling.

Been buying entertainment and movie passes on ebay for about 3 years now with no issues. The one time a code didn't work, the seller sent me a new one within the hour. Generally pay less than £5/month for movies/entertainment combined.

I don't really use the same sellers over and over due to the high turnover of passes. I'll just search, arrange by lowest price first and buy the cheapest. Worst case if it doesn't work ebay will always refund you. Just do the obvious and ignore zero feedback sellers and also have a quick peek at their recent feedback to see if it relates to passes.
