Can you pull something out the bag to bring back that old school 'value for money' feeling that many of us remember in the early days.

For the record I'm on the bench, literally waiting on benchies for the Ti but wondering....

Can AMD capitalize on NVIDIA's price gouge?

Discuss.

LOL! Good luck with that, AMD no longer want to be the 'budget brand' remember? They'll do nothing but match nVidia as they have done for a while.

They are not your friends, we are merely walking wallets to them.

It'll be interesting few months for sure

They've capped any improvement to normal in-game performance by giving over so much of the chip to specialised AI and RT functions - much like it's annoying that so much of a CPU is given over to a iGPU that's hardly ever used. This might make them vulnerable to AMD catching them up - just like has happened to CPUs

Even if competition is not forthcoming poor sales could lead to pressure from retailers for price reductions this time.

Food for thought post here.

I’ve given AMD some of my money instead. PS4 Pro ordered which I assume uses an AMD GPU :D

Now onto red dead redemption 2 in 4k and continued pc gaming with my 1080ti which right now is looking a solid investment from a year back
