Since upgrading the desktop to a 4090 I've got a 3080 FE kicking around and fancy some SFX for sofa/TV gaming. Having not done anything like this before I like the look of the Cooler Master NR200P Max's built-in PSU and watercooling, which would alleviate concerns about physical compatibility. In terms of value it seems good compared to buying similar case/PSU/cooler separately, and 850W is more than enough. Guess my main concern is how the AIO compares with alternatives, but I haven't seen any suggestion that it's inferior.
Had oringinally planned to reuse my 9900k but 1151 ITX boards are pretty much unavailable new (understandably) and I don't fancy second hand. Despite being exlusively Intel for about 15 years I thought I might have a dabble with AMD to prove I'm not a fanboy. Currently thinking along the lines of...

16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 4000 - Would prefer 32GB but have 4x8GB of this and realise I could only use two. Would see how I get on.
256GB Samsung 950 PRO - for the OS, already have. Realise it's a bit old and only PCI-3, but don't think it will be a significant compromise.
2TB SSD for games and stuff
