nSVcIp.exe <-what is that?

I have left my computer running for about 2 weeks continuosly now, and I have just had a look at this process. Apparently it is harmless (google), but it keeps growing and is currently set using 120mb of ram. Does anybody have any other information about it?

Also there is a good program about that gives great information about process running on your computer like whether they will interfere with any other programs on you computer or whether they are safe or dangerous its called "The Ultimate Troubleshooter" handy for finding out what hte processes are on your computer and what they do :)
 
its part of the nvidia firewall and access manager

uninstall that mofo and use the xpsp2 firewall instead :)
