NT Auth System/RPC

Well what can I say I have just completed building my PC and whilst installing the Motherboard Drivers a virus was picked up, AVG healed it and thought nothing of it.

However, now when I start the machine I receive a pop up stating something to do with NT Authority System and RPC and the macine will shutdown in 60 sec.

Is this a virus or something more simple. Does anyone know how to stop it.

I have also lost mz administrations and and the Turn Off button has dissapeared. I can nolonger get to Task Manager, or run comd.
