NTE5 faceplate

I got a new NTE5 faceplate the one with the phone slot on the right and dsl on the left.

Im just a little stuck on how to set it up, So i jst unplug the lower half of the old one and plug this new one in or do i have to do anything with the wires that are inside the socket?

afaik, and the one I have was simply unplug old face plate, install the new one.

you just plug it in but if you have a extension then you need to connected the extension cable to the back of the NTE5 faceplate.
