Hi there,

Quick question for work purposes....

If you have assigned a group permissions to a folder, which have then been inherited by various child objects, would it be possible to remove the permissions without using the "Replace permission entries on all child objects" tick box?

Cheers

No, Or Yes

As the permssions are being inherited, then to remove them, you will need to copy them down after removing the inheritance, and then modify them as you want them to be set, or add another group that has no access, and then put some of the users that you want to have no access to the sub folders into the new group.
