I dont have my bill at the moment cos I'm at home and its a uni account, I want to change my service over to my new house but I can't find the number and seein as everyone uses ntl who moves into that house which is split in 2 as well, the guy on the phone is only findin the account regsitered to the guy who lived there the year before us, so they are now 2 years behind as someone else has since moved in after us.
