At work I sometimes have to ring through to Telewest Business Faults (very quick to answer their phones btw!) and I noticed recently they changed their welcome message from "telewest and blueyonder business faults" too "NTL and telewest business faults". Must be most of the major cable Internet providers under one banner now if true?
