NTL Internet, Can I downgrade online?

Hi, I am currently on 10mb at home but I am not using it much so I want to drop back down to their 2mb service, do I need to phone them or is there an option on their site as I can't seem to see it! Thanks!

A friend of mine recently did the same - he had to phone them. Good luck.. you'll need it.

I wanted to drop down to the 1mb service from 10mb as it was pretty poor, ended up getting offered it half-price for three months. Had to phone them up for changing.
