NTL - Is there a 2gb download limit per file?

I'm trying to download Vista RC1 and never get more than 1.99gb of it.

It's the same on my parents pc (also NTL)

I've tried 3 different download managers and tried without.

Any ideas?

Nope theres no single file size limit as far as im aware

It's NTL's transparent proxies screwing up your download, not a "file size limit".
