I get NTL 4mb Installed on 7th Feb, just ben reading about it.

I'm intersted in the parent filter thingy to block nawty sites, but i dont want any of the other stuff, ie anti virus and firewall.

Can i install it and just enable the parental block and disable the rest? Is it even any good? :eek:
 
Well its for my 20yr old brother, he uses my pc for porn when im out and i know for fact. I don't like it.

Reading about it, it says you can't close it w/o the pass. And if u alt+ctr+del an end process it starts again automatically :eek:

Just wondering if i have to have all the other programs turned on to. (spyare firewall anti virus)

All these are part of the same program.
 
There is only 1 account, mine. Both my brothers come round to use my lap/pc for internet! The one tht lives here goes on it when im at work and i know for a fact he uses it for things i do not like !

Even tho i built the pc with my money, i bought laptop with my money and i pay for the internet myself, i still cant say no to sharing :eek:

If i use this netguard total (which i get free with 4mb service) Hopfully it will block sites he goes on so he gets the hint. And he will know i know :)

I aint the kinda guy who can just go up to him and say oi stop goin on porn u ***** ;)
