Ntl problems...

Hello,

I have got Ntl broadband and having a few problems.

I was on the package that cost me £37.99 a month, not sure what speed that is.

I called them about 2 weeks ago and got them to drop it to the cheapest speed, whatever that is.

However for the past few days the internet is very slow, loading videos or downloading Also it wont download my e-mails keeps asking for password

I have made sure its the right password but it keeps asking for it again.

Any ideas ?

I have the old Terayon modem, had it for years since NTL was first installed.

Should i give Ntl a call ?

Its taking agers to load now, ntlworld.com has just taken 3 mins to load !
