NTL & SMTP Server

Just a quick question, is it against the AUP to have my own SMTP server on NTL ??

Do NTL block TCP port 25 at all ??

I can't answer this with 100% certainty (I have never been an NTL customer and not read the BBI T&C's) however assuming the policy is the same as TW (and they seem to be for the most part) you are prohibited from running an open server. Agin they probably port scan the common ports once in a while as they don't wnat you running an open relay due to the spamming implications. That said you porbably don't want to be running an open relay either!
