Im on the NTL 2mb service and recently it seems to be playing up for some reason. I can normally max out my connection and get about 220 kB/s pretty much all the time, but in the last few days, when i use the internet the speed starts out fine for about 20 mins and then drops to max of 115 kB/s for a few hours and then repeats itself.
Resetting the pc or the cable modem has no effect. does anyone have a solution or similar problems?
