Interesting. The customer service point gets to me a bit, if anyone else has noticed, the NTL support call centres (not sure about sales) have moved to India. Now in my experience with them this week, id rather hang on for 5 minutes longer and speak to somebody that I can understand and will help me solve the problem instead of someone reading back automated answers. Luckily the service here is top notch so I never usually have to ring them, so I wont moan! Especially if my 10mb gets upgraded to 50mb. :)
