Hey all,
This post is to anybody who is with NTL broadband.
This morning I ran up NTL asking when my contract finished because I wished to switch service. I told them about other broadband offers just as Talk Talk, Orange (Both free and 8mb) and Bulldogs 16mb (£24.50) and told them that I plan to move to these companies because they are cheaper and faster. They tried to tell me about you may only be able to get 6mb with these companies blah blah blah but didnt care (well, atleast pretended). Now, as a free upgrade they offered me 10mb for 12months at £17.50
I thought this was a cracking deal so took it and would have saved me a lot of hassel switching anyway
.
I was on 4mb and now on 10mb and enjoying the extra speed.
I'm sure this would work if you pretend to quit as well or it might just depends whos on the other end!
Anyway if any of you do want to ring the number to call is 0800 052 9403.
I don't know whether this is the correct forum or not but it seems to be and I thought I'd share the news.
