Last week I phoned Virgin (dial 150) and went through the motions of applying for a speed upgrade, A recorded message told me that they are upgrading all customer accounts between the 31st of sep and the 5th of Oct.
Is this an actual speed upgrade or just a better quality line?
Well it's the 5th today and i'm still on 4Mb
