Hi,
My other half's dad just rang me saying he has a problem. He said his fan has been making a funny noise recently (couldn't tell me which) and now he gets a "NTLDR is missing, Press any key to restart" message which just puts him in a loop of booting up.
I don't know much about fault finding but at guess I would say the only fan I thought would give you any problems if it failed would be the one in the PSU. But I've read it could be a HDD probelm. He also said something about a message along the lines of "no fan detected."
Any ideas?
