ntlworld web space

Hello,

I am trying to setup my ntlworld web space but carnt connect

I am using a program called Terrapin ftp. It work fined befire ntl delete my account now i have a new user name and password and i carnt connect.

Anyone help me,

FTP server to connect = upload.ntlworld.com

user name = ben.carr444

password = use the one i have for outlook express e-mails

Just says "connection reset by server"

Any ideas ?

looks ok to me...

i always use filezilla... but that should not make much difference.

maybe you should phone them up.

I have just tested that here with my own NTL account.

Using good old DOS FTP, it worked perfect. (Bring up a DOS prompt, then just type "ftp upload.ntlworld.com" from the prompt)

Are you using your MAIN NTL Username? The one you actually registered with originally?

Double check you still know the password by logging into the NTL world account control panel at www.ntlworld.com. OR the email config page. Anything that asks for that password.
