Ok having a few issues with my son's machine, namely BSOD with the report that ntoskrnl.exe is to blame.

Machine specs:
Intel i3 3220 cooled by a freezer pro
Gigabyte GA-Z68AP-D3 motherboard
2x4GB 1866 DDR3 ram
Gigabyte GTX750Ti windforce 2GB GPU
Hiper 425w PSU (I know but it has run flawlessly for the last year and a half)
Generic DVD R/W
Crucial 256GB SSD
Samsung 500GB HDD

There is good ventilation and the temps fine.

Now the first thing I tried was to run chkdsk /f on both drives, this did not find any errors and didn't fix the problem.

Changed the ports the SATA cables were plugged into, no effect.

Next thing to try was to reinstall the chipset drivers, and all the other motherboard drivers. No effect.

Ran memtest over night and neither stick of memory has any errors.

Changed all the SATA cables to brand new ones, no effect.

Did a repair install of windows (the one that keeps all the settings), no effect.

I've just tried getting rid of the page file on the SSD and reinitialising it, after reading that this fixed someone else's ntoskrnl.exe issue

I will have to wait to see if this has any effect or not.

Is there anything else I can try before I start swapping parts out, or does anyone have any other suggestions?

Is that a Crucial M4 SSD? If so, if you haven't done the 5200 hours bug update then do that (after 5200 hours of use many of the M4s had instability problems etc);

Cheers for that, his drive is an M500 not an M4, but if the currant testing doesn't go too well I will check to see if there is a firmware update for his drive.
 
I would bin the Hiper PSU sharpish as it seems to be a typical £20 PSU of trash and may even solve your BSOD!

I've analysed the mini dumps for you and picked out the pertinent info.

7269 dump

The requested page of kernel data could not be read in. Typically caused by
a bad block in the paging file or disk controller error. Also see
KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR.
If the error status is 0xC000000E, 0xC000009C, 0xC000009D or 0xC0000185,
it means the disk subsystem has experienced a failure.
If the error status is 0xC000009A, then it means the request failed because
a filesystem failed to make forward progress.

Something wrong with 6296/7831 wont open properly. Other one doesnt really tell you much other than Windows crashed due to possible driver fault, or memory read, or disk access. Test HD and SSD.

Would need a few more to draw a proper conclusion but may give you something to work on.

Well with any luck the reinitialising of the page file will sort things out, but I'll have to wait till tomorrow to find out if it has made any difference.

I know the Hiper PSU wouldn't of been my first choice either, but it has run ok for the last year and a half, but wont be following the rest of the component's when his machine is next upgraded.

I will re upload the other mini dumps tomorrow if that will help.

I would get rid of it now.

Don't blame me if it blows and takes half the components with it or disappears in a ball of flames!
 
Well reinitialising the page file seems to,have done the trick. He's had no further crashes for a couple of days, so all is good.
As for the Hiper PSU, I know it is not the best, but at least it isnt being strainded but his currant componants. Also trying to persuade a boarderline autistic teenager to part with his money on the off chance the PSU might fail is not easy.
