NTSC-J Games

Ive heard that games in the region NTSC-J will work on a PAL 360?

Anyone had experience of this?

Yeah I have PGR4 which is NTSC-J but not all titles work.

Only certain games will, there is a good guide on a website, but i can't give it out as they sell 360s :\

iirc MLB isn't region free.

Huh? NTSC-J is a dvd region. It's not advertised because you are supposed to go and buy games that are only available in your region.

Some games are region free.
I remember everyone slating ~J~ and his Forza 2 as being fake when he had an NTSC-J version of the collectors edition.

iirc MLB isn't region free.

Just the one version works on Pal 360s afaik, the Asian NTSC-J release(NOT the same as the Japanese version), similar to the situation we had with the Bigs.

yeah MLB 2K8 works on PAL, using a NTSC-J version

i cant link as its a competitor, but its something asian
