Ntune overclocking

Is it safe to overclock my AMD 6000+ X2 3.015Ghz dual core CPU in Nvidias Ntune, it seems to only go abit on the slider, but i wont accept just incase, it boosts my RAM speed aswell, and other stuff, check my Xfire for specs, the RAM is this

also how can i de-restrid my GPU to clock it more? its an MSI NX8800GT, clocked at 663/950
