Ntune reverting to factory settings on reboot ?

Hi, I've just started using Ntune to OC my 8800GTS but have noticed that everytime I reboot the setting revert back to the factory shipped values.

Is this normal ? Do I have to reload the profile everytime I want to run my card at OC speeds ?

My specs are:

Phenom II 955 at stock
4 gb OCZ Platinum at stock
Asus m4a785td-v evo
