NUC 12 Extreme leaks

I’m hoping Intel don’t neglect the NUC lineup this year. Read somewhere that they might not be releasing as many models going forward.
I’m not the biggest fan of the larger gaming models, but I do love the form factor.

Edit: Just watching the kitgurutech review of the 12 Extreme. Looks a bit of a hassle to build!

I just wish intel or amd for that matter would bring out a small 'server nuc' with 6-8 drive bays....

TBH that nuc 12 extreme just looks like an intel branded mitx case with the usual back side gpu mounting to me.... and I'm pretty sure I could build one for less overall.

Doesn't look quite as tall as an ITX board I thought?
It's about 11mm shorter in height than a dan case a4 (intel is 189mm, dan case a4 is 200mm) which takes a standard mitx board.
Overall volume likely isn't much different, although the intel has a slightly longer case for a longer gpu, and in both cases they're mostly defined by the gpu sizes these days.

dan case a4...using non propriety parts.
200 (H) x 112 (W) x 317 mm (D)
205 (H) x 112 (W) x 327 mm(D) / including feet and rear protrusions

Intel case
189 (H) x 120 (W) x 357mm (D) might include protrusions
