NUC type computer for parents

Getting rid of my parents old, noisy computer and am thinking about buying an NUC style machine for them. They don't game or run 3d graphics however it will require wireless and front/back usb along with stereo audio out. Looking to spend around £450 all in so require the NUC, memory, 128gb SSD and an OS. Ideally something that runs nice and quiet would be good.
