Hey guys

Im looking at buying an i5 Hd5000 NUC this weekend, mainly for HTPC use but maybe with a little bit of light gaming thrown in to :P.

Question is can you built a better mini-ITX machine for the same money without it being too much bigger than the NUC.

Looking ~ £380 without an OS any ideas?

The NUC has a tiny footprint and I don't think you will get something that small with a great deal more power unless you pay a decent amount of money. You might want to check out the Gigabyte Brix as they are pretty much a NUC with some added bits. They even do one with a GTX760, one with a 4770R and IrisPro graphics etc.

When you say "Light Gaming" what games do you mean? the HD5000 isn't very good at all for gaming but perfectly fine for 1080p BR streams etc.
