This is quite funny (for some, I guess).
So, this guy thinks he can effectively fly under the radar by changing his numberplate to "null" - so if/when he gets a speeding ticket, it would just be filed with other "null" values in the database (usually populated by invalid, incorrectly read, empty, etc. automated entries). What happens, the system links him to all "null" values and gets everyone else's fines...
