Numara Footprints / CRM Systems

We're looking at CRM / Change Management / Incident Management solutions. Numara Footprints 7.5 is under the spotlight currently, having realised the cost of Microsoft CRM (which still holds some potential).

Just wondering if anyone out there's had any experience with this software?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I'd take a look at Netsuite - used to work for a company that sells it - its a hosted solution so you don't need an expensive infrastructure to host it, and its a lot less expensive than comparable systems like Microsofts or SAP for example.
