Numbers: Link to PDF?

hi guys,

using numbers, can you make some text hyperlink to a locally stored PDF? i used to do it in excel but numbers can only link to a URL or email message it would seem...

anyone know how to do this?

I don't have numbers installed so I can't test, but what happens if you create a hyperlink pointing to the full path of the file?

eg: /Users/quiksilver/Documents/hamsterdance.pdf

you click it and it does nothing...
