Hi guys

My nephew is in his teens 13/14 age he has started running and his mum would like some help with what food to help fuel him and help him

He's about 5"10 tall and skinny he like's junk food and she would rather give him a balanced diet to help his training and his races

Any help would be great thank's
 
This is the list of stuff he tends to eat Chicken, green beans, cold cut sandwiches, tacos, pasta, hot dogs, hamburgers, potatoes, candy, soda......
"Grab n go" items are always a hit for camping, school, events
