Nvida 3d settings. what do you use?.

Since I have had my PC/Graphic card I have always used the Nvidia Manage 3d settings and messed around with them my self. When I have done this games are quite slow and been messing around with vsync and other options and even downloaded Nvidia Inspector which improved it abit but not much. Yesterday I was telling my brother about always messing around with the settings and that there are loads of option these days. I no it sounds silly and me been stupid but My brother said. Cant you just use the an auto detect on the card. So I tried it and guess what. My PC works fine and 100 % performance increase and no tearing or slowdowns. Just feel like I face palmed my self lol. What do you use do you use the let app decide or configure your self in the 3d settings on NVidia?.

Also if you do manage 3d settings your self does this take up more Vram then just letting the app decide. Also when I let the app decide I do set everything to max in game and runs fine.

I would just leave it on auto and play around with dsr if you really want to.

I generally stick with what settings can be changed in-game and not overly play with NI or NCP.
