I have a EVGA Nvidia 1080ti SC Black graphics card and i have a Corsair H55 120mm AIO Hydro/Water Cooler attached to the card with a Fan via a NZXT Kracken G12 mounting bracket. I am getting terrible FPS drops in all my games i have used DDU to uninstall the Nvidia Graphics drivers in safe mode and tried multiple Nvidia drivers but same result. I have noticed the temperature of my graphics card is 90-93c when i am gaming which it never used to be. I have confirmed all the case fans and CPU fans and Fan attached to the NZXT G12 mounting bracket attached to the GFX card are all working and i have removed all the dust from the case but same issue as soon as i start to game temperatures rise to 90-93c and i get FPS drops and stutter. Anyone got any ideas ? as far as i am aware the Corsair H55 AIO is self managing has the pump failed on it ? What are my options to replace it i don't want to spend a massive amount of money and i don't have the original Fan/heatsink for the 1080TI

the Radiator is attached to a 120mm fan on the front of my case two tubes/pipes then go into the AIO block attached to the NZXT G12 bracket on the GFX card. Its hard to know where the sound is coming from but i have turned off all fans and its not a fan

Try lifting the front of the case up at about 45 degrees and start the PC to see if the noise persists.

Basically, trying to get coolant to the pump.
To add to this, while the PC is running try turning it entirely on its side to see if things change.

What happens when you stop gaming? What temp does the GPU drop to at zero load? This should tell you a little bit about the block temperature and liquid temperature.

Tilting it or putting it on its side doesn't stop the noise. When I stop gaming the temperature is normal it's like 50c but within a couple mins of any game it's at 91c and the game stutters and FPS drops.

Have you got software for the AIO that can monitor pump speed? AIO cooler pipes permeate fluid over time which can cause the pump to run in air and not liquid. The fact that the the temps are 50c when not gaming is a bit warm indicating the pump could be on the way out. If the thermal paste is okay, you could try running the cooler fan at max to see if that makes any difference.

Not got any software for the AIO it's a Corsair H55 hydro. I did try setting the fans to 100% in MSI afterburn but it made no difference. I think I am going to swap out the AIO any recommendations? I don't want to spend big money on this

Does that come with a fan ? Is it hard to install as I would have to take off the Corsair H55 AIO and Remove the NZXT G12 bracket from the GFX card before fitting it. I basically want the lowest price option with the easiest to fit/swap out action. Thanks for your help

Yes, you'll need to buy fans for the cooler. Plenty of installation videos on youtube. Alternatively you could get another 120mm AIO and fit to the G12 bracket. Make sure you check the NZXT websit efor AIO compatability.

I ended up buying a Kraken X53 AIO and replaced the defective Corsair H55 Hydroair AIO. Currently my GPU is at 36C idle goes up to about 45c when playing fortnite for 1-2 hours so am all good now thats for your help
