I tried to install the official driver again but the issue still remains. Using Windows 8, the PC does not detect the second monitor at all.

EDIT: Ok got it working back on the old drivers again.

Installed on Windows 7 and all monitors are fine (I have 3). I will report back if I find any problems :)

*Pines for The Beast.*

lol :D

Frames, Time (ms), Min, Max, Avg
7658, 81510, 54, 146, 93.952

Done with a small overclock on BF3 Operation swordbreaker (as per the link LtMatt used)

+122 core +420 mem

Didn't feel any smoother ;)

Installed theese over the top of previous driver, (custom with clean install). Upon starting the install, the screen went black and stayed this way. Had to reboot and install them in safe mode. All seems ok now, but ill give them a try with bf3.

Exactly the same here but I got memory can't be read error. I went for a clean install and worked perfectly. No problems to report so far :)

If one thing should be apparent to both AMD and Nvidia users is, some games favour one GPU and some another. Ideal scenario is to have both :p

Now I want....No, NEED BO2 and Assasins Creed 3 :)

Well I did my own test on bf3, 306.97 whql, 92.5 fps, these 91.5 fps, I know it's nothing but still, it just goes to show how much effort they put in on meaningless bench marks, yet they mention a 16% increase for bf3, obviously not on older hardware.

Fair play and as a gamer I know what you mean. They don't mention anything with the older gen, so maybe it is a case of poor support for older cards now (I hope I am wrong).

So far it looks like the performance increase is applicable to the 680, hope that's wrong because if true it's a very bad trick to play.

Need someone with a 680 to test bf3 and someone with a 670, to see if this 16% increase is across all cards or just the 680, it does not apply to 480's that's for sure.

Without running the test multiple times, it looks to be the same performance (at least in the SP). 2fps increase on minimum and 7 fps less on max. I am not doing the test time and time again though to get the averages :p

It is so easy to roll back, try it. I always save the drivers on to a seperate folder for later testing (if needs be).

It takes a minute to install them. Any probs, just install the ones you had previous.

Edit:

I feel these bring some good and some bad. I have not seen this % increase in BF3 they are quoting.

I will refrain from the response I want to give Tommy for fear of a Permaban :D

On a serious note, the last 2 'betas' have been appalling. Not sure if it is just sli/multi screen problems (don't think so) or everyone. I shan't moan though as I appreciate they are betas (test drivers) and hopefully all sorted by the time of WHQL release.
