I just installed over the top of the old drivers - worked fine for me without any issues I've seen so far. Average FPS in the tomb raider benchmark is up 18% for me.

Uninstall nVidia Graphics Driver from Add/Remove Programs
Reboot
Install new drivers, Click Custom, Click Clean Install Option, follow Wizard
Reboot
Done

What the hell is Driver Fusion? :confused:

If it's some driver management utility it's a waste of time, uninstall that crap as it will more than likely cause more problems than it would ever solve.

I don't even bother uninstalling the old drivers - haven't for years with nVidia drivers and never had an issue - I've only ever used driver cleaning type software if an issue arises or changing GPU.

Takes less than a minute or 2 and I would rather the peace of mind. I just export my cpanel settings/profiles with nVidia inspector and import them after.

just got a BSOD in BF3 after installing these.

can a driver cause BSOD?

CPU is OC but it never BSOD's. been playing BF3 all nite with 314.07

Click the downloaded file and do a custom clean install.

Yeah quite possible. Not had any issues with them _so far_ playing with a few different games/apps but too early to tell for sure and I don't have BF3 to test.
