Nvidia 3D vision, worth it? Questions...

I went for it & its the most awesome thing ever!!!
I cant see a 50% performance hit either as it gives you free AA. No AA needed when using 3d :)

good decision :) now go play batman arkham asylum and avatar demo or full and watch your jaw hit the floor :D

The 120Hz monitors are infinitely better than the current crop of TFTs but they still aint up to flat CRT pure smoothness yet.
I tried the glasses with L4D. Thought it was pretty good. Once the novelty wears off you could just stick them on MM.

before my gtx 280 blew up i really wanted 3d vision too -

i suspect it may go mainstream with the next generation of consoles, with the increasing popularity of 3d movies and 120 hz tvs coming soon.
allot of people say 3d vision's not worth it but people who actually have it say its really good from the look of it, when fermi is released i will seriously be considering it. i really dont think its a passing fad, but could be wrong!

Not possible as I understand it.

1) Eyefinity is limited to 60hz/60fps maximum
2) ATI does not support stereoscopic gaming via 120hz monitors.

Okay and with a Nvidia / TH2G i believe it isnt possible neither with the res issues of @1680x1050 and 57Hz MAX refresh and even triple 720p res has a max of 60Hz refresh.

Damn.

Thanks though.
Heres hoping GT5 on PS3 might support triplehead and in 3D (via 3 consoles)

jesus unimpressed by avatar? A film is not the same as taking an E and taking gemma atkinson home with you...
bravo cameron
