NVIDIA 4000 Series

They should have just called it the youtuber edition or the influencer edition.

Crackpipe edition.

According to HUB its not much faster than any other 4090, for gaming at least. Might show some better numbers in benchmarks, but meh. You'd have to be farting money out your arse to even consider this over a regular 4090.

ASUS GeForce RTX 4090 Matrix Platinum Review - The RTX 4090 Ti

Editors Choice Award  ..... Of course free gear that is clearly the case ...that will end up ebayed later like all tech reviewers..

According to this guy 1000-2000 worldwide.
None of them (reviewers) have an idea how many of these will be made, they are mass produced and not limited edition cards clearly by how many that have ended up at reviewers worldwide.

They also would be numbered if they were a limited edition and come with a certificate type thing to say what number it is and out of how many. Asus has clearly not said how many and this is because they want to see what the demand is and make more as they go along.. Like any other product they sell and make.

Edit: I see it was the ASUS rep that stated 1000-2000, question how do they not know how many will be made ? Because there is no real number and depends on the demand of the card and clearly not numbered so buyers will never know how many really are out there and how "limited" they really are. Also doesn't even know the price.... but on the ASUS site at $3199.99... Asus rep lol...

I think this was recorded earlier in the month at computex so makes sense the price was 'unknown' at that point. They obviously knew how much they wanted to bend people over for but left it to reviewers to announce the price.

He will also say he managed to secure them at a great price. ONLY £2999!

:p:D
Nvidia and Asus testing prices for the 5090 FE it seems, testing how silly people are when it comes to the top end versions, like the Strix version wasn't expensive enough and even that could be purchased later at some places for £1600-1650... So tells you enough how made up the prices are for these cards. Now they want double the price of a strix with a water block and oooh liquid metal that will end up eating the water block according to der8auer as they didn't nickel plate it. Planned obsolescence again.... self destructing coolers now..

So how many you buying then mr 3090 SLI? :p;) :D

Anything more than £999 for their top end SKU is ridiculous imo. But then again I don't even mind if they want to milk those who pay. Just give me the next one down for £749. I mean geez that's a lot of money anyway ffs..

A big fat zero... as you know no SLI/NVLINK and seriously same 24GB VRAM.. Useless gaming cards pretending to be "Titan Class"... Nvidia's greed has no bounds and the never ending cutting down products and keeping the same fake names or adding new fake names to confuse the buyers. Ohh did I mention the fire hazard power connectors ?

4090 is nothing more than the old time 80ti class and the real 4090 should have had the full chip enabled and SLI/NVLINK.

We have to thank the GTX680,GTX980,GTX1080,GTX2080 buyers that purchased a 104 midrange chip as a fake 80 class top end card.

It was all down hill after the GTX 580 real full chip 80 class. If people refused when the 680 etc above came out on 104 chips to be mugged we wouldn't be here.
