Its out of stock? lol first time I have seen it tbh, every time I have checked its been constantly stocked up, they must be limiting it to keep demand up.Hi folks, right decided to get a 4090 and was zeroing in on the FE most due to width. I’ve got a fractal define r6 and to keep costs down would prefer to keep. Any idea how frequently the uk gets restocked?

Yeah given the price I'm not surprised they had stock for a while. I’ve been debating for weeks so will have to just waitI checked last week by adding it to basket and it was still in stock. Checked today and it says in stock but when you go to add to basket, its out of stock.
It shouldn't be too long until its restocked again, it was in stock for months before that.

The fans on the zotac are apparently really bad though because of the dual ball bearing fansI'm coming from a 2070s. Quite like the zotac’s from a uk rma/warranty perspective but width is just out
Ball bearing fans aren't necessarily loud, depends on the fans and I'd prefer ball bearings on a graphics card to Gigabyte's sleeve bearings (not used on all their stuff)The fans on the zotac are apparently really bad though because of the dual ball bearing fans

That ping is a one way trip? Just saying, people complained about extra latency of FG, but this is seen as ok?1GB virgin media here, using ethernet:
My ping is usually around 25-30ms to nvidia servers in london.
The thicker blue area is when I have been using geforce now (or probably downloading on my pc)

Its not so much how loud the fans are when pushing air through its how they sound, much like the gainward 4080 I had that used dual ball bearing fans, it had this almost coil whine like noise as soon as the fans started to spin (like a fridge humming), very very annoying as it couldn't be fixed with an undervolt or lower rpm, it was always there. The slower the fans the easier it was to hearNot sure that is entirely true.
Noise normalised the cooler including fans is better than the FE. Techspot
The Zotac AIRO has larger more aggressive profile fans so at the minimum 30% speed (start stop) it shifts more air and so makes more noise than the standard model or many comparable models.
Once at a gaming temperature there shouldn't be much in it amongst similar budget cards, though if you pay the extra for a strix etc the more efficient cooler should allow it to run the fans slower and quieter.
Not so much an issue with the normal fans, on the stock or OC model.
I have the standard Zotac 4080 in a Fractal Define R6 under the desk and fan noise isn't an issue.
I barely hear the card above the 120mm ~900rpm fans I have for the AIO and case ventilation.

That's the total ping to my knowledge.
Latency is basically a non issue when not using frame gen and with frame gen, it's slightly noticeable in cp 2077 but easy to overlook when the "overall" experience is far better.
Latency is still better than playing on a console locally.
Still not that much.Looks like an added £2 extra a month from 1 November I seen.
30ms would be too much, I guess. I played a bit and there's a difference with just raster vs. PT of about the same value (perhaps a bit lower). What I'm getting now with PT is roughly my upper limit for a good experience (latency wise), adding even more on top... nope. I guess it would be fine played with raster only with that 30ms on top, but there's a lot of other (possible) shortcomings I wouldn't really want.
Still not that much.
thats a bit contradictory, buying a 1600 quid gpu getting a cheap caseHi folks, right decided to get a 4090 and was zeroing in on the FE most due to width. I’ve got a fractal define r6 and to keep costs down would prefer to keep. Any idea how frequently the uk gets restocked?
