Yeah I'd be worried as well, I once returned a pair of headphones to Amazon, someone else stole the product in transit, and they wouldn't refund me back the cost of the item. Only time I've ever had an issue with them, but it can happen. As long as your pre return chat is documented you should be good.Am Just a bit worried now that it going come back on me as if i put that rubbish in the box and then returned it
