NVIDIA 4000 Series

Anyone else having issues with your mouse cursor going off screen to the other monitor when gaming? Never had this issue before. I did a DDU and used the the last 2 Nvidia drivers... Still happens. Any ideas ?

Slowly getting back into PC gaming and was looking at a 4080/4090 to upgrade to but I think I can wait a few months for 5XXX series and see what it brings.

Coming from a RTX3080 paired with a Ryzen7 5800X on a 5440*1440 ultrawide setup hoping for some considerable gains and be able to crank up the quality settings.

See what features the 50 series are saying we need. Do not cave in to the 40 until you see what's almost here. If the new features are not worth waiting for then you can maybe entertain getting a discounted 40. The 5070 isn't till March so the rumours say so that's what you need to wait for if say you made the leap from 3080 > 5070.

Received my palit 4070 ti super today but doesn't come with a bracket, the thing is pretty heavy so assume I'm going to need to buy one.

Not the same model, mines a Zotac 4070 ti super trinity, the card is rock solid in terms of stability but I've got a lot of coil whine. How's your model in terms of coil whine?

I did actually try, briefly. It didn't really seem to have any effect. I've had a fair few GPUs over the years and they've all had some degree of coil whine but this 4070ti super is probably up there with the worse

Some PSU and GPU combos really bring out the coil whine. I've noticed bad coil whine with 1 psu only to be gone with another. It's possible to try another psu to see if it improves.

I did actually move to a different PSU and it didn't really change much at all. I guess I just have to get used to it :D
