Lol undoubtedly going to temper demand, not good for retailers or aib really interesting approach.
Yeah, Gibbo probably a bit sad now. He won't have even half the demand he had with Ampere

That car demo obviously leaned heavily into features that are only on the 40x0 cards, they did the same with Crysis 2; tesselating an ocean you cant even see to nerf Radeon cards.Don't know yet, that's what I'm wondering if they are doing artificial nerfing to make the new cards look good.
yeah man its a no brainer for me especially with those ridiculous xx80 prices.. 76 billion xtors is the kind of stuff wet dreams are made ofSo you'll be buying a 4090 then?

Hopefully the see the backlash and decide not to follow Nvidia's lead. It's like Jensen is giving AMD a chance to take some big market share, will they take it or fumble it.....
who the hell is going to buy a 4080 12gb, its basically saying you cant afford extra couple of hundred quid more for the 16gb
He might be ok with that after the ********* that was the "queue"
Not interested in the sensible 2nd hand option, would rather pay twice as much as you should for a 40series etc. That's how you're reply came about. How is that?
No one. It's so they can say '4080 now available from under £1000!'who the hell is going to buy a 4080 12gb, its basically saying you cant afford extra couple of hundred quid more for the 16gb
i think its linked to some hardware units/low-precision operations that the guy was rambling about, they'd be releasing white papers describing the innovation in greater detailHave enjoyed using Nvidia GPU's since the Titan X (Maxwell)
But locking DLSS 3.0 to 4080 and 4090 GPU's is absolutely shocking.
As is the price of the 4090.
They ain't gonna sell hardly any of those, lol
