Man, the actual 4080 (ie 16GB model) is almost twice the price I paid for my 3080 on launch. That's some unreal pricing.

Yup, never thought it was going to be a huge leap, expecting 4k 120fps RT without DLSS 200% jump is definitely dreamland. However, i do feel like it will be below the average jump when compared to the past, especially when price/power are taken into consideration.

2x faster in MS simulator
3x faster Portal RTX
4x Faster on racerx

1h:19m:00 mark of the presentation. No other games were mention at that point.

no i just checked the official page its exactly 3 slots (61 cms) my guess is the heatsink would be less than 3 slots like 2.75 perhaps

That was including the benefits of DLSS 3. No mention of how faster it is when compared H2H, no DLSS.
