NVIDIA 4000 Series

I'm holding onto my EVGA 3080Ti for the foreseeable future. It is a beast at 1440p.

Anyone looking to upgrade from the 10 or 20 series should grab a 30XX series for a decent price and enjoy it.
Either a second hand 3000 series or RDNA2, I wouldn't buy a new 3000 series card as that's exactly what nvidia want people to do.

I'd say that the 4080 12gb is more like a 4060ti while the 16gb is the 4070ti.

It looks like that way if you ignore Ray tracing and DLSS performance - surprised it hasn't been posted here yet but Nvidia released some game benchmarks showing the 4080 losing to rtx3000 GPUs lmao

Here is the benchmarks, look at the left side to see the new "4080" losing to the 3090ti

But Nvidia says "Next Gen" games... LOL

Well when they rename the 4070/TI the 4080 12GB and charge over £949 for it then they need to do a lot to convince me.
They could try convincing the cows on the field that the grass is greener on the other side of the ocean, sorry but without money, no ship building, no swim swim = no money for Nvidia, I am a cow officially.

Exactly!! That's what it normally should be. If we take 90 series as flagship (it used to be 80 series remember?)

Launched vs Original concept
AD102-300 4090 = 4080ti 384-bit
AD102-250 4080ti (20GB leak) = 4080 320-bit
AD103-300 4080 16GB = 4070ti 256-bit
AD104-400 4080 12GB = 4060ti 192-bit

AD104-275 4070 (10GB leak) = BS
AD106-300? 4060 8GB = 4050ti 128-bit
AD106-250? 4050 8GB = 4050 128-bit

Now compare prices again
