The problem with OC is they will take your money even if they don't have stock from experience ! So in that case you then have to wait for a refund ! but they don't tell you they don't have stock until a few days later so on that note I just can't even risk it ! 3080 experience was painful here
Same with the 3000 series. There were many FE which were faster than OC AIB cards which cost more.

And it takes a few days for the charge to be removed from you credit card as well so unless you have a card with a big limit if you try to buy one and are put in a queue you wont be able to buy one elsewhere until the charge is removed.

I remember this when someone worked out it was like over £6m on the first day of 3080 release but over 2k of those orders were preorders oversold stock. Was somewhere in that margin iirc.
