Frig that imagine spending over 2 grand and not getting a warranty as well you would need your head seeing to if you bought one.
Thanks! I was f5 spamming the nvidia website at 2pm only for it to go out of stock instantly. CCL was messing with me by putting me in endless queues. Then finally after an hour of trying and finally getting something in my cart and placing the order on OCUK the payment was stuck on processing and was cancelled this morning.
Hope others had a less stressful experience than me
I expect it calm down shortly, give it a week or two and I think it will be far better.

My strix 4090 has slight coilwhine - but very, very bearable. With case closed, it's not that audible at all. My 3090 FE screamed like a pig in comparison!
Not sure if it still works but back in the day when cards had coil whine best thing to do was to simply leave the card running under load, something like 3D Mark for 24 hours.
Also be sure it is not your PSU whining.
Exactly the same thing happened to me i thought i was in with CCL as well but it just said other customers have them in their carts i had one in my cart for about an hour at overclockers but the site kept crashing.

I *finally* learned the MSI Gaming Trio only has 3 8-pins on its adapter so limited to 450w spec. (Saw the adapter on a random unboxing video)
One of the Tuf models comes with 4 8-pins on its adapter and a reply in an msi livestream claims "around 500 watts" for the power limit. One reviewer mentioned slight coil whine on his example.
The cheapest Gigabyte windforce (I don't like the look of the RGB fans on the OC) comes with a 4 8-pin adapter...stl can't find anything on the actual power limit.
The Suprim looks like my favorite so far. The FE is only second because I don't think the color will look good in my build, but good quality PCB....wobly fan syndrome worries me a bit.
Tuf and Gigabyte windforce are at the bottom of my will-buy list. (So far)

Wont top the DPD episode when I ordered the 3090 last gen, I came back from collecting my son from playgroup and it was sat on my doorstep. I got the text about it being out for delivery about 30 mins later..

I can top that. Bought my 3090 here at OCUK and DPD delivered it to a different address across the other side of town. They took a picture to show it had been delivered and it was a picture of an elderly lady clutching a large, brown Overclockers box and looking extremely confused.
