Yeah just need to hold out a bit longer and resist the upgrade itch…hopefully some faster DDR 5 will be available too at the same timeDef worth waiting for the Zen4 3D chips tbh, will give a hell of a bump over the current ones.

Frig that imagine spending over 2 grand and not getting a warranty as well you would need your head seeing to if you bought one. They won't have a warranty though, cannot image anyone would buy something at that price without a warranty, having said that look at the auction site sales I posted above!
Thanks! I was f5 spamming the nvidia website at 2pm only for it to go out of stock instantly. CCL was messing with me by putting me in endless queues. Then finally after an hour of trying and finally getting something in my cart and placing the order on OCUK the payment was stuck on processing and was cancelled this morning.Hope you get one buddy - fingers crossed for you.
I expect it calm down shortly, give it a week or two and I think it will be far better. Thanks! I was f5 spamming the nvidia website at 2pm only for it to go out of stock instantly. Hope others had a less stressful experience than me
Put my card in the system and belief I have coil whine on my 4090.
I am not sure if it is coil whine but when gaming, there is a little noise which seems to be coming from the GFX card.
My strix 4090 has slight coilwhine - but very, very bearable. With case closed, it's not that audible at all. My 3090 FE screamed like a pig in comparison!
Exactly the same thing happened to me i thought i was in with CCL as well but it just said other customers have them in their carts i had one in my cart for about an hour at overclockers but the site kept crashing. Thanks! Not sure if it still works but back in the day when cards had coil whine best thing to do was to simply leave the card running under load, something like 3D Mark for 24 hours.
Also be sure it is not your PSU whining.
Thanks, I will get spamming. You need 1K posts
get those post numbers up and ya shipping would have been freeMy 4090 still hasn't been dispatched. Been stuck at 'ordered' for over 24 hours.
So much for the next day dpd delivery that cast over £10

not tempted by the "its not here mr dpd man" ?Wont top the DPD episode when I ordered the 3090 last gen, I came back from collecting my son from playgroup and it was sat on my doorstep. I got the text about it being out for delivery about 30 mins later..
awww that sucksYeah the part where 'WHO QUALIFIES' does not include off the mainland for me unfortunately.
I can top that. Bought my 3090 here at OCUK and DPD delivered it to a different address across the other side of town. They took a picture to show it had been delivered and it was a picture of an elderly lady clutching a large, brown Overclockers box and looking extremely confused. When I got the card, not only had the brown box been torn open (even though it was clearly addressed to me), the card had been opened too, with the box for the actual card torn in half.Wont top the DPD episode when I ordered the 3090 last gen, I came back from collecting my son from playgroup and it was sat on my doorstep. I'm impressed the elderly lady could tear a 3090 box in half.I can top that. Bought my 3090 here at OCUK and DPD delivered it to a different address across the other side of town.
