with 3 of 4 pins you get 93% power limit but the cards so OP anyway it demolishes game even if you limit to 60% in afterburner

Isn't it 100% in case of FE? As in, full 450W. 4th cable is needed to achieve up to 600W. That said, my 3080Ti is powered by single cable with splitter (Corsair PSU, good cables), using over 350W max. 0 issues, cable doesn't even get warm.

It pretty much is, if you can get electricity for less than $0.08 KW/H you can turn a small profit.
 
i head that corsair are offering an adaptor where you put all the connectors into

yes there is now a single cable by corsair for the 4090 series , the cable is solid core and able to take 600w, you plug all the cables into it . I'd recommend peeps contacting their gpu makes and seeing if they have the same as corsair have.

Horse for courses. As a 3090 strix owner I thought the 4090 strix was the ugliest card out of all the AIBs (Gamerock excluded)

This. When browsing i have no radiator fans running and pumps on minimum. They dont even ramp up much on full gaming, perhaps 50% on pumps and 900rpm on the fans. Keeps the 3090 in the low 40s

MSI suprim were available at £1750 on launch day. not for very long. Even MSI started scalping direct from their store at £2250 by 4pm once they saw the demand.

IDK but with Suprim X I can only go to 93%
