Genuinely curious, what protection do you need when making purchases from trusted retailers such as OCUK?
No such thing as a trusted retailer in my world.
Just In case you're unaware of the protection buying with a CC offers:
Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. The full rules can be found under the 'Terms and Rules' link in the bottom right corner of your screen. Just don't mention competitors in any way, shape or form and you'll be OK.

As long as the credit card is 0% it’s better than cash or debit card. The extra cover you get on items that you wouldn’t using another method of payment is extra back up if the worst should happen.
After getting ultra paranoid about the crappy power cables catching one of the fans underneath the GPU, and after a bottle and a half of Shiraz...

Ok, it needs tidying up a bit, but i'll do that tomorrow when i'm slighty more sober(ish).
After all the R&D Nvidia spent to get it as good as it is, and then to come up such an apocalyptically **** power cable location just defies belief.Ah the power cables , what an absolute **** idea that was , mine are not touching the gpu as i have cabletied them to the hardpipe for now , less than ideal but its only temp while i wait for my cablemod one to turn up which will tidy up the mess![]()
No section 75 protection on a debit card as there is no credit agreement. You can make a claim by charge back on a debit card but that is not the same as section 75.I always use pay pal.
And my debit card is covered just like a credit card.

Hearing next year for restocking of 4090??
A scalper PR release maybe?Where’d you see that?
This is very possible. Any area where a single thread seems to go over 75% I do see less GPU %. There are places where it will go to full utilisation but I may have finally hit the wall with the 5900XCPU limited?

Please hurry up Cablemod.
I could get a 4090 for the price of a NZ 4080 if I lived in USA... I feel so ripped off buying any of these cards in NZ.
Guess import tax makes it the same for you lads in UK too?
